3. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. We deliver across the UAE and aim to ship promptly, but delivery times may vary. Full details are provided at checkout.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Packages
For safety and hygiene reasons, our products cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, unless the package arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged package. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Orders are not eligible for refund if:
- The delivery was not received due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel.
- The package is reported as damaged after the 24-hour window.
Once a valid claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged at our discretion.
