Arnicalme

ArniCalm® meltaway tablets are a homeopathic remedy designed to relieve muscle and joint stiffness, minor sprains, and bruises. Their gentle, natural formula supports the body’s self-repair mechanisms, helping reduce inflammation and promote comfort after minor injuries or physical exertion.

Active ingredient

Other ingredients: Lactose, sodium croscarmellose, magnesium stearate.

For adults:
• Take 2 tablets 3 times daily, allowing them to dissolve under the tongue, away from meals.

Children aged 18 months and older:
• Take 1 tablet 3 times daily.

Usage instructions:
• Space out doses as symptoms improve and stop taking the tablets once symptoms disappear.
• Take at least 15 minutes before or 30 minutes after eating or drinking.
• Let the tablet dissolve slowly in the mouth for best absorption.
• For children under 6 years: dissolve the tablet in a little water before administration (due to the risk of choking).
• Avoid strong flavours (coffee, mint, toothpaste) immediately before or after taking it, as they may reduce effectiveness.

• Do not use Arnicalme® if you are allergic to any of the active substances or other ingredients listed in the package leaflet.
• May be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
• Not recommended for use in children under 18 months of age.
