Gripp heel

Gripp-Heel® is a homeopathic remedy designed to help support the body’s natural defenses against cold and flu-like conditions. It helps relieve common symptoms such as fever, headache, sore throat, chills, and body aches. Gripp-Heel® can be used in the early stages of infection to help reduce severity and throughout the course of illness to support faster recovery.

Active ingredients

Other ingredients: lactose and magnesium stearate

For adults and children over 12 years:
• During the initial or acute phase: take 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to a maximum of 8 tablets per day.
• As symptoms subside: take 1 tablet 3–5 times daily.

Children 6–12 years:
• During the initial or acute phase: take 1 tablet every 1–2 hours, up to a maximum of 8 tablets per day.
• As symptoms subside: take 1 tablet 2 times daily.

Children 2–6 years:
• During the initial or acute phase: take ½ tablet every 1–2 hours, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day.
• As symptoms subside: take ½ tablet 3 times daily.

Usage instructions:
• Take at least 15 minutes before or 30 minutes after eating or drinking.
• Let the tablet dissolve slowly in the mouth for best absorption.
• For children under 6 years: dissolve the tablet in a little water before administration (due to the risk of choking).
• Avoid strong flavors (coffee, mint, toothpaste) immediately before or after taking it, as they may reduce effectiveness.

• Do not use Gripp-Heel® if you are allergic to any of the active substances or other ingredients listed in the package leaflet.
• Not recommended for use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or in children under 2 years of age.
