Lehning L72

Lehning L72® meltaway tablets are a homeopathic remedy designed to help ease nervous tension, stress, and mild sleep disturbances while supporting relaxation and promoting restful, natural sleep.

Active ingredients

Other ingredients: Mannitol, lactose, croscarmellose sodium, natural chamomile flavor, and magnesium stearate.

For adults and children over 12 years:
• During the initial or acute phase: dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth, 3 times daily for 2 weeks.
• As symptoms subside: dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth twice daily, before dinner and at bedtime.

Children 30 months to 12 years:
• Take 1 tablet 3 times daily for 10 days.

Usage instructions:
• Space out doses as symptoms improve and stop taking the tablets once symptoms disappear.
• Take at least 15 minutes before or 30 minutes after eating or drinking.
• Let the tablet dissolve slowly in the mouth for best absorption.
• For children under 6 years: dissolve the tablet in a little water before administration (due to the risk of choking).
• Avoid strong flavors (coffee, mint, toothpaste) immediately before or after taking it, as they may reduce effectiveness.

• Do not use Lehning L72 if you are allergic to any of the active substances or other ingredients listed in the package leaflet.
