Sportenine

Sportenine® chewable tablets are a homeopathic remedy designed to help support muscle function, ease fatigue, and promote recovery during and after physical activity. Its blend of Arnica montana, Sarcolacticum acidum, and Zincum oxydatum helps prepare muscles before exertion, support endurance during activity, and support faster recovery afterward.

Active ingredients

Other ingredients: glucose, lactose, Glucose, lactose, magnesium stearate, citric acid, natural lemon flavor.

For adults and children over 6 years:
• Before physical activity: chew 1 tablet the day before or just before exertion.
• During physical activity: chew 1 tablet every hour.
• After physical activity: chew 1 tablet, then repeat every hour until improvement.
• Do not exceed 10 tablets daily.

Usage instructions:
• Take at least 15 minutes before or 30 minutes after eating or drinking.
• Avoid strong flavors (coffee, mint, toothpaste) immediately before or after taking it, as they may reduce effectiveness.

• Do not use Sportenine® if you are allergic to any of the active substances or other ingredients listed in the package leaflet.
• Not recommended for use in children under 6 years of age.
• May be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
