Active ingredients

For adults and children over 12 years:
• Take 1 film-coated tablet with a little liquid, one hour before bedtime.

Children over 6 years:
• Take ½ film-coated tablet.

• Not recommended for use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, in individuals with a history of hormone-dependent cancer, or in children under 6 years of age.
