Zenalia® is a homeopathic remedy designed to help ease stage fright, apprehension, and anxiety-related symptoms such as trembling, digestive discomfort, restless sleep, and emotional palpitations. Its gentle formula supports emotional balance and calmness, making it ideal for use before stressful events; including exams, interviews, public speaking, or performances.

Active Ingredients

Other ingredients: Sucrose, lactose, magnesium stearate.

For adults and children over 6 years:
• At the first signs of stage fright, take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening, for a maximum treatment duration of 15 days.

Usage instructions:
• Take at least 15 minutes before or 30 minutes after eating or drinking.
• Let the tablet dissolve slowly in the mouth for best absorption.
• Avoid strong flavors (coffee, mint, toothpaste) immediately before or after taking it, as they may reduce effectiveness.

• Do not use Zenalia® if you are allergic to any of the active substances or other ingredients listed in the package leaflet.
• Not recommended for use in children under 6 years of age.
